Tips Use Internet Well

Internet or Interconnected Network is global network to anybody in any country for relation.  To use the internet, you must use the smart hardware, like as smartphone, tablet, or Computer. Anybody use the internet, include kids or old people. So, internet can give a positive or negative causes. But, in this blog i will share a tips for use the internet well. That is :

1. Open a productive website that is useful for yourself
Enrich your knowledge with positive things found on the internet. Follow useful accounts and download applications and open websites with interesting content that can add to your quality. For example a sports application account that you can easily follow at home, or a website that contains how to make your own items.


2. Don't believe everything you read on the internet.
The nature of the internet that is viral or easily spread without control is a boomerang for the readers and the disseminators of the information itself. Not everything you read on the internet can be guaranteed credibility. Be a smart internet user by absorbing information that is right and has a clear source.


3. Don't spread misleading information
It is a good thing to spread information that needs to be disseminated to the public. However, make sure you do a check and re-check about the news before you spread it to other parties. Do not let the information that you spread is misleading news and the truth is still being questioned.


4. Understand internet ethics
Just like real life, ethics is needed in using the internet. It seems that the saying "Your mouth is your Harima" has a big part in this. Be careful when commenting on each post or posting on social media uploads because it can backfire on you.
Similarly, the photos or videos that you upload. Make sure there are no racial, discriminatory, or pornographic elements in every upload. Think about the long-term effects that will occur after uploading the content.


5. Be careful with your account
Take care in managing your account. Don't forget to press the log out button when you finish accessing your account from a digital device that does not belong to you. Minimize the possibility of cyber criminals who can access your account at any time to then be hijacked or used for bad things.


6. Pay attention to sources before information spreads
If you can, include accreditation or credit in the news that you re-uploaded. Besides being a form of appreciation for the original news writer, the credibility of your upload will also be more guaranteed in public.
